You will find links to the free Mindfulness Zone weekly meditations, the Eckhart Tolle contemplation group and The Mindful Nest Book Club on this page along with links to the Youtube Channels where you will find recordings of live and shorter meditation sessions. There will also be a live, in-person meditation on the 26th September 2021 from 2pm-4pm at Jamyang, The Old Courthouse, Renfrew Road in London. Details can be found here.
Audio and video meditations can be found on The Mindfulness Zone’s YouTube channel, including some of the live sessions we have had over the past year in both audio and video formats. You can find them here and can join in the sessions live via Zoom by following the links below or on YouTube, either Live and in real time or through the recordings that are usually downloaded right after a session.

2. The Mindful Nest Book Club Study Circle (22nd September onwards)- where we spend about 45 minutes listening (hopefully in presence and non-judgment) to a reading from an audiobook recording and then spend a further 15 minutes discussing any parts to further our understanding or simply share (feel free to remain silent or leave the session at any point) 5.00-6.15 pm Wednesdays (GMT/UK) (one session a week). We will visit the works of many Teachers, writings and even biographies, mostly secular but occasionally using religious language as well so as to not limit our exploration. 3. Finally, there’s the Eckhart Tolle Group . The next session will be held at 5pm on Saturday the 25th September. Please use the link to join in. Advance registration is required and the timetable will vary from week to week.

If you are not in the UK, here is a useful time converter you can use to ensure you can join in. All sessions are free online via the video conferencing App “Zoom” and registration is required. Registration is completely free. You may need to download the free Zoom App to join in. A “Zoom” link is provided above for each session that will admit you directly into the “meditation room”. Practicing in a group, whether it’s just two or 20+ is a wonderful experience where we build a momentum together toward a more fulfilling, joyful and peaceful day and life.
You are advised to dress comfortably and can keep your video switched on or off, although I do recommend keeping it on just because it can keep you more focused and, if you’re anything like me, resist from reaching for the phone or multi-tasking around the room.
